An Asian Auschwitz

This article was something. I'm sure it was super crazy when it got released to the public and people actually found out about it. It all started with a man named Mr. Makino. Mr. Makino was stationed in japan during the war and during his four years he dissected ten Filipino prisoners of war. He did some really nasty things to them that are just inhumane when they were still alive. Then he finally cut into their heart and then they died. When he was asked he said the experiments were "educational", and to improve his knowledge of anatomy. He also said it was the order of the emperor and he had no choice but to follow him.
Ishii was the main leader than ran these sort of camps that had all these experiments. He was almost like Hitler but he did everything secretly. They were part of a fake Anti-Epidemic Water Supply and Purification Bureau, but everyone that worked there knew it as Unit 731. Ishii set up the whole thing because he was attracted to germ warfare, but since biological weapons had got banned, he knew they were extremely powerful.
So, Ishii went and completely destroyed eight villages and built a huge compound. All of the people that were from the villages had become prisoners. There were between 3000 and 12000 men, but all the women and children were murdered and tested at Unit 731. Not one prisoner survived by the end of it either. Soon later, more camps started getting set up all around Japan. The worst thing about it was that Ishii's word was the law.
I think that the most terrible thing is that the US government allowed all of the high leaders of these Japanese concentration camps. The American government actually wanted all of the researched data on biological warfare for themselves. After Japan surrendered he ordered the slaughter of the rest of the slaves in the testing facilities. He also threatened to kill anybody that worked for him if they were to tell the public. They said in case anyone was captured, the last of the troops would blow up the compound.
Americans took the view that all that research data and they did not want the information to end up in the hands of the Soviets. So, that made the Japanese leave scot free. They all ended up moving to a different country, but Ishii died of cancer after everything.
